What is a unique gift for a baby boy who also happens to be our Godson?

Hi My fiance and I have been asked to be godparents to my yet-to-be-born baby cousin. We know he a is a boy but we don't want to get him the traditional baby gifts like clothes, etc. Please don't suggest money or any religious items as we will get him something religious at his Baptism.
